The Human Resources Committee offers information and support in all areas of personnel, including but not limited to: government regulations, employee benefits, hiring practices, policies and procedures, etc. The information is disseminated through articles in The Financial Manager Magazine and annual conference sessions. The Industry Education Committee functions through affiliation and participation in Broadcast Industry Associations to, (1) develop financial and accounting skills of broadcasters through participation on seminar/convention panels, university presentations, and (2) publish and disseminate written materials for use outside of the BCFM Membership.
